The Mindful Eating Masterclass begins the evening, led by expert Niamh Padma, teaching the science and spirituality of mindful eating to help you savor food on a deeper level. This is followed by a Blindfolded 5-Course Dinner, prepared by chef Tomas Luz, where plant-based, locally sourced dishes are designed to engage all your senses—without the distraction of sight.
During the dinner, Niamh will guide Sensory Exploration exercises, including breathwork, to enhance the tasting experience. The event will feature live music and opportunities for Networking and Reflection, allowing you to connect with others and share experiences.
